If I were to die tomorrow I’d want to know that photos of moments like these with my family and I exist.
While I love capturing traditional portraits of families, nothing thrills me more than capturing families interacting with one another. Those inside jokes, the fun and the silly things, the intimate moments of love and appreciation and just the joy of being together as a family when we seem to spend our lives living past each other. Perhaps it’s because my children are all grown up now that I realise that it all goes by way too fast and unless you freeze those moments in time they only ever exist in our memories.
